Refunds and Replacements
I'm happy to replace your honey or refund the purchase price, should you not be completely happy with your purchase, have received the wrinf item or just change your mind.
Please contact me within 14 days of your order date via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call me on 07515 120538 with your name and reason for requesting a refund or replacement.
Refunds are made to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
Refunds and replacements apply under the following circumstances.
I pack the honey as safely as possible but damages still occur during delivery.
If you don't receive the honey that you ordered, I'll replace or refund in full.

You’ve changed your mind
If you’re requesting a refund or exchange because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to pay the costs of returning the honey to us (if they’ve already been dispatched).
Returning your items
If you are returning your order to me, please repack it safely and return it to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return. include your name and reason for return.

I’ll refund you in full within 5 working days of receiving it.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in this or anything else in these terms and conditions. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
